*We are not contracted with any insurance providers and do not bill insurance directly. Using insurance would limit the time we get to spend with you, what exams need to be done, and restrict the lab work we are able to order. Insurance doesn't allow us to provide the best care for you, so we have stepped outside the insurance model so that we can give you the care, time, and attention that you deserve to have !

*Payment is expected before the time of service and a deposit is required to book all consults. The deposit will be applied to the overall cost of your consult.

The process

Step 1: Discovery Call

  • Wondering what working with with us looks like and how we can help you? Want to know about the process and what to expect? This is a great option for you to ask all of these questions and more. A client truly begins their path to wellness when they feel heard and involved in the team care process. A discovery call is also to make sure that you are both a good match for one another.

Step 2: Initial Consult

  • 90-120 minute consult

  • Comprehensive intake reviewing chief complaint(s), personal medical history, family history, social history, lifestyle, medications, and supplements.

  • Functional labs may also be recommended to more thoroughly determine the root cause.

Step 3: Follow Ups

For Existing Patients Only: 30 minutes-120minutes

  • Review progress for previous concerns

  • Make changes to previous plans as needed

  • Labs

  • Address new concerns

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation/”No Show” Policy

    For new clients who need to cancel or reschedule their consult we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

    For established clients who need to cancel or reschedule their consult, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

    A credit card is required to hold your consult, but will not be charged unless you do not show up for your scheduled consult time or cancel late. A late cancellation or “no show” is subject to the entire cost of the visit.

    Your consult time is reserved just for you, and missing your consult or cancelling late puts a hole in our doctors’ schedules that could have been filled by another patient in need of care.
